Matt Ketai is an actor and writer originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico. He holds a BFA in Acting from Boston University and an MFA in Acting from Brown University. As an actor, Matt’s New York Credits Include: Tiananmen Engine (workshop, wr. Madelyn Kent), Abingdon Square (reading, WP Theatre), LIAR (workshop, dir. Tamilla Woodard), The Pigeon Keeper (reading, Santa Fe Opera), Xander Xist (wr. Jeremy O. Harris- premiere), La Ruta (workshop, Working Theatre), Mom Play (wr. Sarah Delappe-premiere). He has also acted regionally in productions of Dracula (Williamstown Theatre Festival), A Christmas Carol (Trinity Rep.), Ideation (New Rep), Othello (ASP), among others. As a writer, Matt’s work has been featured in a variety of play festivals and in the Web-Series “Love In NY”. In the fall, he will be performing his show “Spiral.” at the United Solo Festival- which was first developed at Brown University/Trinity Rep in 2017.
