The goal of the NYCCT’s Diversity and Inclusion in TYA Leadership Fellowship is to help develop diverse leaders in the field of TYA/USA. Leadership fellows will be invited to participate in a range of executive-level activities depending upon their availability and interest, will work in conjunction with the Executive Director and staff on a project that that relates to the field, and will attend monthly mentorship meetings with the Executive Director. Fellows need not adhere to a regular weekly schedule. Fellows are expected to be forthright in their opinions and view of current work and future plans of NYCCT.
