  • Synopsis

    Piper the Puppet has traveled to New York City all the way from the planet Blank to learn about his FIVE senses! Incorporating live music, puppetry, videos and sensory objects, FIVE will engage students in exploring their five senses while celebrating the unique boroughs of New York City!

  • Goals

      1. Activating and exploring students’ five senses
      1. Supporting verbal language with other forms of communication: sign language, music, video, and sensory objects
      1. Exploring unique attractions in the five boroughs of New York City
  • Cost

      • Each 45-minute workshop costs $200 and can serve 30 students at a time. Must book a minimum of two workshops.

Extend your multi-sensory musical experience into a full residency with New York City Children’s Theater!

 A Literature at Play Residency program uses a class-chosen book to create a play with music over multiple sessions.

FIVE is available to schools and community centers in all five boroughs of New York City.
